Please NOTE the Following Rule Changes Starting in 2003.
1. WEIGH-INS:
  - Weigh-ins will be Friday night ONLY.
2. CONTENDERS:
  - ALL Divisions must have a Minimum of "4" Contenders in them to assure good competition for each Title. If not, the division will be cancelled and those in the division must move either up or down in weight or to a different rule style where 4 contenders can be found.
3. HEADGEAR:
  - In respect to our sponsor (TKO) that will be supplying the equipment for the tournament (Including HEADGEAR), If a fighter chooses to wear a headgear OTHER THAN TKO, they must TAPE OVER the brand of the Headgear shown on the forehead. If the fighter comes to the ring without doing so, they will be disqualified.
4. PROTESTS:
  - If a Coach, Trainer or Fighter wishes to PROTEST any Bout, they may do so. To do so, the protest must be made immediately following the bout. The Protest fee is $75.00 and must be paid in cash upon the notification of the protest. The Protested bout will be reviewed by Video by 3 Different Judges. IF the reviewing vote UNANIMOUSLY that the bout could have been ruled the opposite way, We will request the fighters to fight "1" Determining Round that will be judged by "5" Judges. This decision will be FINAL.
