PHOTO DEADLINE

YOUR NAME BY THE ABOVE DEADLINE
You will be charged the
following fees below no matter if you bring your own headshot photo or not.

FAX YOUR PHOTO IN!!!
FAXED PHOTOS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!!!
- FIGHTERS...
- If you are a Registered
Fighter for the IKF
International West Coast International Classic and have the words "NEED PHOTO" listed after your name in the
registered Fighters Brackets, you need to get your photo to us to avoid paying a
$35 Photo LATE FEE at Registrations on Friday.
- Keep in mind this fee is a "Deterrent" so that all photos
are in and we do not have long lines with people needing photos taken and passes
made at Friday's registrations.
- If you still have the words NEED PHOTO
by your name, you can either express mail your 2" x 2" headshot photo
to us or e-mail (
main@ikfkickboxing.com
) one to us in a jpg file.
- You have until Friday, NOVEMBER 11th, 2011,
5:PM/PST, to get your photo in to us!
- WHY
ALL Photos are
placed on your Tournament ID PASS. Without it, you will have to pay a spectator
ticket fee to enter the Tournament. The photo is to prevent someone using your
ID Pass if you should lose it or have it stolen...
- TRAINERS...
- If you are a Registered
Trainer for the IKF
International West Coast Classic and have the words "NEED PHOTO" listed after your name in the
registered Fighters Brackets, you need to get your photo to us to avoid paying a
$50 Photo LATE FEE at Registrations on Friday.
- ALSO: As noted on the
Trainers Registration Page
if you have not sent in your
Trainers Registration
Form and Photo, by Friday, NOVEMBER 11th,
2011, 5:PM/PST, you will be paying a $50.00
Photo Fee at Friday's Registration whether you have a photo of
yourself or not.
