ENTRY AREA: SHOWN ABOVE: Since the
club is a Private and secluded facility, storefront is not our main concern. Our
entry is almost hidden to those unknown to the club. However, once in, one will
see a hidden oasis of a top class martial arts, kickboxing and boxing facility
of over 10,000 sq feet in size.

OFFICES:
Behind the counter are 2, 10' x 16' offices. One is for Mr. Kirkpatrick's
RINGSIDE GYM
and the other is for Mr.
Woodall.

VISITORS LOBBY AREA: SHOWN ABOVE: The first
part of the Lobby is the Visitors Lounge Area. A large 13' x 8' waterfall mural
is the backdrop of this 20' x 20' waiting area with couches and TV.

LOBBY AREA: SHOWN ABOVE: Our lobby
area is over 800 square feet in size. From the lobby, one can view the
kickboxing and boxing classes through the viewing window on one end or watch the
karate classes through the large class viewing window (6' x 20') on the other
end. LOCKER ROOMS:
Both men & women's locker rooms with lockers, showers, bathroom and changing
areas.

LESSON ROOM #1: Down the hall you'll find the first karate lesson room. A 15'
x 25' room, fully matted and soundproof. This room is used for smaller karate
classes, testing and for video taping instructional programs. (Pictured

LESSON ROOM #2: MAIN KARATE FLOOR:
SHOWN ABOVE & BELOW: The equipment
featured on the main floor is enough for several schools. Note the 20 sets of
Nunchakus, Tonfas and Bo Staffs hanging on the walls ready for use when class
begins. Along with the hanging heavy bags are kick bags, focus mitts, punch pads
and blockers

The Main Karate Room features 2 full mirrored walls that
surround the 55' x 25', 1,375 square feet of matt space. There is plenty of
equipment here in this room alone to handle each class. The entire main workout
sub floor was designed by our floor specialist, Jeff Boberg of Boberg
Floors of Sacramento CA, USA. It features 2 layers of shock resistant padding
with a custom 2" wrestling mat covering the top for extra safety. An
Olympic regulation balance beam sits along the wall ready for use for balance
drills.

A mega stereo system featuring AM/FM stereo, separate tape and
CD players helps to get the adrenaline pumping for dynamic workouts or to ease

WEIGHTROOM:Nothing special
about this room, just what's necessary. It features 2 secularized weight units
for various exercises along with benches for curls, incline, bench press, leg
press, and sit-up board along with dumbbells and freeweights are all enough for
a great basic workout. At the other side of the lounge you will see our...

STUDENT LOUNGE: This room
is great for students to relax in while awaiting for parents or the next class.
The room has couches, TV and both a ping pong and pool table. The walls in this
room are filled with Bruce Lee, Chuck Norris and martial art movie posters.
