I am looking for amatuer fighters for a October 16th card. These fights are in St. Louis Missouri. I am looking for fighters in a 5 hr radius. I have had fights cancel for one reason or another. I believe the current middleweight champ is pete peterson. Is this you posting? He beat Mike Taylor by decision to win the title on Jim Boucher's card in Belleville,Ill. Jim will be at the fights this weekend. Bring some fighters in and visit!

Hi Mike,

Yea, it is me posting. I was just wondering....lately I have seen different fighters with PKL titles on the net, not in the middle weight class, but others. Jim Boucher nor anyone else, for that matter, has ever got ahold of me to defend it and it has been since 2001. Boucher has called a few times for me to bring fighters, but never to defend that title, so I was just wondering. Does PKL have a website at all? I retired after that fight, but he didn't know it, and no request to defend for that long seemed odd. I will be back in the ring sometime around Feb or March coming.

Already got a call about this coming weekend. I cannot make it down, remodeling the school here these two weeks. I will sure try to bring some for the next card.

I had heard you were retired so Jim must have known. I thought you may have mentioned it later when you brought another fighter into town. I have been fighting for him for about 5 years so we tend to keep each other informed. If you're planning on getting back in I'm sure he'd like to have you down here again. Give him a call. You put on some great fights here when I was coming up as an amateur. Best of luck. PKL doesn't have a website as far as I know. I know they were the sanctioning body in Russia when Donny Rinehart and Ed Mitchell went over there with Jim and I think they sanction most of their fights over in Europe.

Thanks man, I will be sure and make the next card if at all possible, with some fighters to compete. Jim usually waits til the last minute to call and ask me and I need more notice than just a couple weeks, so maybe you could shoot me an email or something once the next one is scheduled, so I can inform and prepare my team.

Hey, have you seen or talked to Mike taylor at all lately? I haven't seen him since our fight. He and I had some wars as amatuers. Those were some good times! Is Ed Mitchel still fihgting?? How long ago did they go to Russia? And how did they do?

I will let you guys know when I am ready to step back in the ring...it won't be long.
