IS IT TRUE? FIGHT GEEK FIGHTING?

So,
Is it a sign of the end of the world? Maybe.
BUT,
I have decided to put down the key board and put on some pads and fight.
I am not getting any younger and decided this is a good time to get back in the ring so I don't think... I should have.

I am extremely fortunate to fight on probably the biggest FCR fight card in the USA that is not a tournament. Mr. Drysdale's card in Ill. (It would be between this one and Mr. Thompson's....who should put another one on...hint hint :D )

Anyway, I have neglected writing much lately. New Job, New home, training.....

My training has been intense, I now jog to get beer instead of walk. I also am washing dishes by hand instead of using the dishwasher. You know...back to the basics.

This is going to be a AWESOME event.

OMG, I signed on and typed Bears in my user ID box....DUH! What a dork! anyway, Bears Rock and Vikings Suck!

I will be in Illinois this Saturday and Sunday, about 2 hours south of your fight at my parents. IF at all possible, Pam and I will drive up to see you fight, but no guarantees. Grandpa has been asking me about going and if I wasn't going to my parents, he would be there with us. I think he may go anyway, not sure. But, if something keeps me away, good luck with it!

Rumor has it the the 'FG' himself is en route to the Forest City (Rockford, IL). Actually that's awesome, as I have been reading his posts for several years and I am personally looking forward to meeting this guy. We are hearing that he may even wrap his hands for a few rounds in the ring. Only time will tell! Hope to see ya' there!
