Wildthang,
The fight card is constantly changing which makes for real hard promoting!!!

So far we have confirmed
1. Stephen "Wonderboy" Thompson vs Jason "Sledgehammer" Reeves.
2. Zach "Attack" Day vs Anthony "Powerhouse" Bartinelli.
3. Brendan "Cashmoney" Carpenter vs Chris Eaton.
4. Becki Halloran vs Susan Wood.
5. Evan Thompson vs Kit Morrow.
6. Malford Jeter vs David Lowery.
7. Michael Huff vs Jared Warren.
8. Osvaldo "The Wiz" Jimenez vs Bronson "The Drill" Sargent.

I had Paul Cantrell scheduled to fight Clint Martin but Martin said that he would not fight unless Cantrell was the EXACT weight as him. Cantrell agreed to loose weight down from 174 to 168 and Martin said he would come in at 165 but would not fight Cantrell unless he came in at 165. I guess three pounds was too much for Martin.
I am also looking for an adult female at around 117 lbs with about 5 fights or less. Any takers out there?
As you can see the card is looking GOOOOODD . Yall come. :D

Mr.T in the fight that was suppoes to happen with paul cantrell and clint martin!! is 3 pounds reall a big difference?? i mean i recall a few years ago when stephen was fighting in GA. and he was a couple of ponds heave and he just didn't eat nothing for a few hours and he made his weight!!! you remember that one?? and he fought and won his fight!! i just cant see martin not wanting to fight because of 3 pounds!!! maybe there is just another reason he didnt want to fight paul cantrell??? peace out!! mouth of the south

MOTS,
Remember in my earlier post (not sure where it is on this board) I said that Cantrell had to loose down to 168 which means that he was willing to diet down (not always easy to do) and fight Martin. Now Martin was asked to come in around 165 (the weight he fought at the NAC) and his trainer said yes. Then on a later call to them his trainer said that we wanted to fight at a lighter weight (not what we agreed upon) and was not interested in fighting at the original weight. I reminded his trainer of the original conversation, he said he would ask Martin again. He came back to me with "he will not fight Cantrell unless he weighs 165". Cantrell agreed to come in at 168. Three lbs?????? Go figure. Do you remember when Stephen fought in the KICK tournament in Vegas? He fought for the title against a guy that was 3 inches taller and 20 lbs heavier. He didn't complain one bit. He fought anyway. Sometimes you have to do that sort of thing. That is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help me God. :

yes Mr.T i do remember that time too!! i guess thats the difference in someone who will fight at any and all cost so he can fight and someone that probably dont want to fight for one reason or another!! i think it would be best to just say that you dont want to fight him rather than keep coming up with excuses right!!! go figure!!! peace out!! mouth of the south
