For the last year I have been reading on this website how great Tyler Price Is So I would like my son Roger E belch III to fight him on the east coast Classic in March. I’m not saying anything bad about Tyler price or his camp it's just that I want my son to fight the best fighters out there and they say he's one of the best so let's see.

I would like to add that I have also called their gym and left messages. I also called his trainer to be told he would call me back the next day. He did not return my call. He ansered and knew why I was calling and was short with me and promised he would call me back. No call! I know that Roger has been trying to get a match with this so called Champion, and they are ducking. I hate to call this out like this but, Mr. Price has always bragged about his son and Daughter and how they are unbeatable. Well my girl destroyed his Daughter in a fight two years ago and I am betting on Roger if they take the challenge to his son.

Sorry for the late reply. I was not even registered to post on this site and I had to wait on my password.

#1, I ONLY fight on legitimate events for legitimate organizations for National, European, or World championships and not for $24.95 belt. I don't think that Mr. Smith's Virginia Beach Classic sanctioned by the WKKO meets this requirement!

#2, I duck no one! Roger if you want to mix it up, I would be glad too! But not in your backyard. Let's make it count for a REAL title. Meet me in Chicago at the IKF World Classic. The IKF is a legitimate sanctioning body with rules and weight classes. You have six months to get up enough funds, just as I do. Train hard, because you know I will.

#3, I will be fighting 102.1 lbs. to 109 lbs. 14-15 year old division, Muay Thai Rules. Since I allready have IKF Full Contact and International rule style championships I am going for a Muay Thai Rule style championship this year. Since it will be mine and your first Muay Thai Rule style fight, it will be a good fight.

#4, Now if anyone wants to check my fight history, if I am a "so called champion", then go to past IKF News under September 2006 and April 2006.

By the way, Craig, it's easy to call someone a "so called champion". The way I understand it you only have TWO full contact kickboxing matches, atleast I had TWO full contact kickboxing matches by the age of five.

Mr. Belch, since you have not disrespected me in any way, I understand that you want your son to fight the best. I appreciate that compliment; it will be a good fight.

And for the record my Dad (who is also my trainer) and I understand that anybody can be beaten on any given day, that includes me!

This is my first and only comment on this subject; I am sure Mr. Fossum will be glad to make this fight happen.

Hello Everyone, for those of you who do not know me my name is Nelson Felix Lebron, I have won titles in the IKF, WKKO, IFA, WKA, KICK, USA Boxing and won 2 Bronze world medals for IASKA and the WKA. I have a kickboxing record of 36-16 and 2 draws. Boxing record 34 - 12. I am making this year my comeback year and will be attending the IKF tournament, since I have been away doing a different type of fight in Afghanistan and Bierut. I would gladly pay for the cost of travel and IKF tournament fees for Roger Belch if you guys can meet in the Full Contact Division. I am a big fan of both of you. I think it will be a great fight. Please consider this, I love the sport and both of you guys are truly inspirational to me. My number is 757-575-1306. I do this sport not for the Championships, but for the thrill of combat. As for the comments made by MR. Craig Smith, I do not think he meant any disrespect. He has been a great instructor and promoter to me. He has a lot on his plate right now and just vented fustrations of trying to contact your camp. As far as his tournament, it will be a great one, and good experience. I am saddened that you do not feel it meets your standard, but you must do what you feel in your heart. Tell your family hello for me and consider what I mentioned. Take care and God Bless!

Tyler, Tyler, Tyler, the fight game is is many things including a mind game. I called you out to get your attention and to possibly help out another fight camp to put this fight together. You have posted your reasons why this wont happen, I respect your reasons, even if I disagree, but heard your answer. As for your comments towards me, Uncalled for. Getting into a spitting match with you is not what was meant, even though son, I have been in the ring with more World Champions whether it be in an Exhibition,Sanction,Sparing session,or just training to stay in shape, than you will the rest of your life and including your so called 5 year old fights till today. I want you to relay a message for me, tell your DAD I know who wrote this and I am sure he and I will see each other again. I am not going to respond to any of your reply's from here out, I am sure you will have more bashing to give, the damage has been done in your previous message. Just make sure your DAD, gets my message. Take Care young fighter, good luck in your future Championships.

I just wanted my son to fight top fighters and tyler you live real close to us and you always showed up to fight on craig smith's shows and won His "Belt's". I seen you at the last 3 craig smiths events but for some reason you and roger never get matched up, Thats why i wote the post because my son weights 102 and it don't matter if its for a title or not just a real good fight that the winner's hand is raised at the end. We are to close not to fight why wait 6 months When we live less than 200 miles frome each other and there is a event that you used to always show up to fight on?

There is one thing that has been really bothering me when reading your initial post and it is the fact that you would criticize Craig's Fight career and show. Let me begin by saying that Craig Smith and the WKKO have done more for kickboxing than 90 percent of the individuals that hide under false names or records on this site. His shows have had great fighters on them and have always been outside of a national tournament, the biggest MECCA a kickboxer can star in. These names include, Mike Decker, Tom Poey, Charles Baines, Pooh Hudson, Dallas Crowe, Nelson Lebron, Mike Allen, Phil Maldanato, Steve Mann, Mike Morello, Marty Hall, Ronney Copeland, Cara Dickerson Smith, Roger Belch, Justin Scoggins, The Hess team, TYLER PRICE, and so many more I can be here all day. Lets not forget what makes our sport great, the fact that two men or women stand toe to toe, not for a belt, not for a title, but for the chance to have their hand raised at the end and truly feel alive. Craig's Smiths fight record or tournament should never have been brought into question, because a true fighter fights for the love of the sport. His abilities as a coach and promoter speak for themselves as Tom Poey and Craig Smith broke the record for largest IKF regional event and he also held the largest kickboxing show for one region, the EAST Coast Classic. What I am trying to say Tyler, is if the time and place for this fight are not right for you, then that is all that needs to be said little brother. No disrespect here, but I just know how hard Craig has worked in the past for both the sport of kickboxing and for fighters, one of which has been me. Further more he has stepped in the ring with more champions and sparred and held more than his own, than you could imagine. If you don't believe me ask Charles Baines, Tom Poey, Joe Lewis, Ronney Copeland, Randy Ballard, Pooh Hudson, to name a few. I wish everyone the best and look forward to seeing you all soon whether in the East Coast Classic or in The IKF worlds. Remember a sanctioning body doesn't make a title great, the quality of opponents one faced to reached the goal does! Very Respectfully Submitted, Nelson "the Sailor Man" Lebron

Enough with the talking and disrepct. Mr. Craigs tournaments are a great sucess and they will keep on being a success. Title or no title, I am sure roger would have no problem going to Chicago, but why drive all the way to another state when you can fight here. Lets walk the walk in virginia beach and lets see who is the best. A true champion fights for the respect of everyone who steps in the ring with him. So lets get it on...And another thing, i want to see this fight and im not going to drive all the way out to Chicago when you guys can duke it out here! Roger Belch Vs. Tyler Price

Thanks guys for your support but I dont think this came from Tyler, he does not know me and I dont think he would disrespect me in that nature. I believe it was his dad and I will take that up with him. They will have to come thru me again one day. As for Tyler and Roger, I was doing what promoters do, promote and stir up the pot for the fighters to challenge. Hopefully one day the two of you guys will get it on. The funny thing is is that one of the belts Tyler is holding up is from one of my events and if I remember correctly he has fought in a minimum of three of my events and Loved each one. I have always said never let your head get to big, my fighters know that, it is not the amount of fights or the size of the belt or venue, it is always within yourself and your opponent which makes you or he the Champion. Always stick to your basics, never think that you are better than someone, go into each fight and never underestimate your opponent. Michael I am hoping you are fighting on the ECC 2007, you are seeded as a past Champion.

Just got off the phone with there camp, they called and word is that it was all Tyler who wrote the post. I am glad to hear that because I have always done my best to help Frank out and have had a hard time thinking that what was said came from him. His son was venting and thats OK, moving on. I hope that Tyler takes the challenge, whether it be on my card or another. Good luck to the both of them.

Sounds like Craig owes 2 apologies.
1 for calling Tyler a "so called Champion"
2 for accusing Tylers dad of writing the post.

I owe no appology, none of you know what I know about Tyler and his past fights better than I do. I am the one who set up at minimum 5 of his fights or more. Much could be said but this is not the place, I was only trying to stir the pot as promoters do. Emails can be taken in many text, I was not trying to be disrespectful, he was.
I will say one thing though, nobody should claim to be a Joe Lewis Blackbelt unless you truely are. Tyler is not. The only Jr. and first Jr. to be promoted by Joe Lewis was Michael Holcomb, I should know, he is one of mine.

I am not sure if those date will be good for Roger Belch, he will be fighting in a boxing national qualifier around the same time frame.
