how old is to old to learn muay thai?
Ive been told im too old and would like some info please help a old man out and give me some idea if im too old.

That all depends on what you want to get out of it. As far as training to get/stay in shape, self defense or competition, you need to be specific as to what your goals are. Muay Thai is a great ring sport as well as a martial art steeped in tradition. I feel you are never too old to train. However, if you want to fight, age can be an issue. Where are you located? Perhaps some of us here on the board can recommend an instructor in your area.

You are never to old to learn unless you are to old to exercise. But if you want to fight 35-40 is max. At any age just learning is fun and great exercise.

Unless you have had some type of leg or knee injury. I don't think you could be to old to learn Tai style. I always have to ask myself. If I did not know how old I was? How would I feal?
