During this time, our web host company faced an unexpected problem that closed down all of our websites and hundreds of others. [/color]

[color=paleturquoise]Along with this, the server problem also dumped any and all incoming e-mails. :( This unexpected issue was beyond our control and also beyond the control of our server company.
