I will be the good looking bald guy with a PBR vest, stylin buddy holly glasses, and Mardi Gras beads on yelling for Randy Pogue to punch/kick you in the face.
But let's get a beer/soda after.

Oh, it's going to be like THAT now.
I'll do my best to give you a decent fight, Ryan.
I plan on running hard, doing lots of rounds on the bag, some plyos, and plenty of sparring. I'm gonna work with a new conditioning coach, and I'm also going to stop drinking so much, and I might start taking all the vitamins I keep telling myself I should take.
All I need now is to establish a training calendar. Let's see. Our fight is April 23. Let me work the regimen backwards. Hmmm...
Hey Jason-Geek. Can you wake me up right after tax season so I can train for this fight?
Thanks, buddy.

WHOOAAA,
Wait a minute, before anyone gets crazy here, Mr. Pogue, I think you might be going a little far. There is NO reason to stop drinking. You might shock your system too much.
Great, the classic Randy Pogue training Regimine.
1 day of training for each round of fighting. I will call on the 18th of April.

I was a little agitated today, after all that smack talking here on the board. So while I was teaching class tonight, I threw two side kicks and did 10 pushups. To congratulate myself, I am going to have a few beers, a codeine to help me sleep, and some Ben & Jerry's. I just got two new flavors... Fossil Fuel and The Gobfather. I'll be back with a full report tomorrow.
Work hard, play hard, stay hard.
