Hello Everyone,

I will be hosting a FIGHT CAMP here in carroll Iowa November 13 and 14. Dean Lessei will be instructing. This will be run just like a Muay Thai fight camp, two days (10 hours) of butt busting, sweat pouring, intense training. The camp is open to both Junior and adult fighters and coaches.

We will begin each day with a run and rope, then on to the ROUNDS: thai pads, focus mitts, timing, heavybag, shadow boxing, and sparring, etc., etc.

If you are serious about competing or coaching, or just want the intensity that goes along with the training, then this is one camp you won't want to miss! Come prepared to give 110%!!

You don't have to be competing in MT rules to attend, but the training WILL be geared towards MT. It will prepare you for your next fight regardless. I have been to Dean's camps before and I can tell you they are second to none! Many of you have seen his Team Singto compete. They brought home 6 titles at this years NAC. That alone should speak for itself. COME CHECK IT OUT...AWESOME TRAINING EXPERIENCE!!!

The cost is $60 for two days and $35 for one day. I highly recommend both days to get the full benefit of Dean's instructing. Our school, PSDA, is 6,345 sq. ft. with showers, so campers can stay here to save hotel cost...just bring bedding. There will also be family discounts for multiple family members attending.

More details coming soon!!

Pete

Making this camp "open" to all is a great idea. It would be nice to see some week long training camps advertised for this next summer.

That's not a bad idea. I am up for it, but the hard part is getting enough coaches together for a week straight all with vacation from their jobs. If it can be coordinated, I think a week long camp would be fantastic next summer!

HEY, camp is just around the corner...November 13 and 14! I re posted the original below. If anyone wants to attend, this is one camp not to miss. I can assure you, it WILL prepare you for any upcoming fights, both for juniors and adults. Let me know asap!

Peace, Pete

I am looking forward to a great Fighter Training Camp this weekend at Pete Peterson's gym in Carroll, IA. We will have two days of intensive Muay Thai training for juniors and adults from beginners to experienced fighters. Pete has an excellent facility. I gear these camps toward ring preperation for fighters interested in competing in Muay Thai or International rules fights. If you are able to attend please contact Pete Peterson for more information. Hope to see you there.
