I agree, lose the boots! I am a fan of all types of fighting and believe FCR still has a place in Kickboxing but the boots make it less marketable. Dont get me wrong I love Muay Thai but lets be honest if it were not for the explosion of FCR in the late 70's to the early 90's the would probably be very little of any of the other fight sports in this country. We need to thank the pioneers guys like Ray McCallum, Tommy Williams, Curtis Bush, John Longstreet, Don Wilson, Bill Wallace, Mike Bell and the list goes on and on. If it were not for these guys the general public would think kickboxing has sometheing to do with kicking boxes.
