It should be noted Randy Pogue can't play Blackjack very well, so as long as that is not part of the seminar it should be beneficial to all those interested in kickboxing etc.

I for one would definitely attend the kickboxing seminar, if I were still going to be in town, Randy, but I fly back to Augusta Sunday morning. I highly recommend it to any level of fighter, and any style.

But I will unquestionably be at the two classes you will be teaching the night before, the Advanced, 3rd Dan and higher Cockblocking Seminar, with full speed demonstrations. Immediately followed by the Young Women's Beginning Underwear-Grappling class, also with high impact demonstrations. I wll gladly be your assistant instructor for both classes.

Osu,

Yes, Jon was a definite powerhouse at the fight. I would love to have seen him against a top level opponent, like Justin Pickett or John Greubel. I hope to make it to the IKF World's this year to see a rematch of Jon and Justin for the IKF World Championship.

On a side note, it was good to see Jason and hang out with him, and meet Pete Peterson, and his fine group of fighters. Also in attendance was CB Bunkholdt, and Mike Lind, both of whom continue to put out great amateur fighters, which is the foundation of our sport. Without these thankless men, we would not have events like this to go to.

Lastly, Randy I am sorry I missed your seminar. I did love your choice of cold weather/rain footwear for Minnesota- flip flops. In 45 degree rain. And I missed the two late night seminars at the club, but I could tell by the look in his eye he was going to put on a real clinic in both areas. I am sure the stories will catch me.

P. S. One more thing. HOPKINS!!!!!! How bout that shizzle??? Don't count out us 42 year olds, he put on a clinic himself.

Zack: I met Justin for the first time at the Gruebles Gym last Thursday. I watched the advanced class that started at 8:30. I was talking to John G and Justin walked in and greeted me. He is nice young man and told me he wants to get in the alcohol and drug rehab field. Of course, we hit it off immedaitely after that comment. What a nice young man. He also mentioned his goal was to get a PH.D. in the field.
Justin, if you are reading this, you are deserving of a World Title shot and I hope it happens for you soon. I enjoyed talking to you. The week of the 19th, I will be signing up at the Gruebles. This old man is going to need plenty of help to get the heart and lungs in shape. So Zack and Justin if you see an old man (me) lying face down and gasping for air, how about just dragging me over to a corner and flip me over in order to get more air. I would be grateful.
Zack if I do not see you before the trip in Conn. please knock your opponent out at the WCL and you can have Stevie's steak.

Larry

Hey, it was good to meet you ZackAttack! I enjoyed the conversations, gotta get me one of those hats too, smmooooth!

Jon Lewis DEFINITELY has a straight left from Hell!! I am surprised Kenny got up from that one. I for one know how hard it is to fight on your own card (especially when fights cancel on you in the final 2 weeks), topped off with RAIN!! Jon did not look stressed at all once the bell rang. He was all business and gave his home town crowd quite a show! Great job Jon!

The event was a lot of fun, lookin' forward to the next one.

I enjoyed meeting John Greubel too, and seeing Geek and the Perfessor is always a good time.

Later gators,
