I will tell you , A fighter MIGHT hurt his/her foot so they can't take a pro MT fight in a month because there are not enough FCR fights out there. Or maybe you injure your toe, so you have to work your hands for a couple weeks. BFD. Sort it out is right.

I do like ringstar shoes. I just think at the pro level there should be no pads.

OK guys I was there when the FIRST RingStar shoe was used in a pro bout. It was in Atlantic City at the "21st Century Warriors-A Night of Champions" event on July 19th, 2003 (I think). Don Wilson fought Eddie Butcher and KO'd him in the 10th. Anyway the original shoe WAS DANGEROUS to say the least. The sole was stiff like a regular shoe. Stephen has a pair of that model. Props go to Steve (not Mike) Sheppard for the continued redesign. I think the shoe, if designed be a high top and sleeker looking will promote better looking and more importantly faster fights. I think the Pancrase style shins, shoes and shorts looks pretty cool myself. Kinda futuristic. Maybe I like guys in tight shorts. Anyway I vote for the shoes simply because of the traction they provide and the confidence my fighters have when wearing them. SHUT UP RANDY, who asked you even though you are right, yeah I said it, you are right. CRAP I can't believe I said that. PPPTTUU, PPPTTUU, PPPTTUU.

Props to Lemont. He went to a show where he was supposed to loose but DID NOT allow it to happen. Brian you just confirmed in everybody's mind that YOU SUCK!! You thought you had a fighter that you could just push around and he spanked you. What kind of excuse you going to come up with, maybe you had open heart surgery the night before, you know, had it removed.

Ray Thompson,...do you feel better about yourself now?? I hope so because you coulduse an attitude re-adjustment as they say. Brian had no excuses nor did he use them. He broke his hand in the first round...He didn't hasn't and won't make any excuses. His stand-up game is far far superior to his ground game.He admitted he was not able to initiate his plan and lost fair and square. He put himself on the line with an unbeaten kickboxing record and hundreds in the audience rooting for him from the gym. Brian got the first guillotine but couldn't put Lemont out. Lemont got Brian in one of the deeper guillotines I have seen and after 45 seconds or so,Brian was free.Never tapped.. What's your excuse as a human being? Never lived it?

You know Big Jack,I'm usually quite tolerant of people like Ray because I have met a few of them through the years and their venom is as weak as their minds. Ray has no class though I have never met the man,I have heard this before and reserved judgement until proven. I would love to get in the cage with a guy like that and listen to him cry and whimper.

Well, I tried a new game and it didn't work out as i planned. Lemont Davis did a great job implementing his game plan by keeping me tied up. My hat is off to him. That is the great thng about the fighting arts...its all about strategy. My strategy was to work footwork and distance and try to catch him reaching and his strategy was to smother my strikes and take the fight to the ground. His strategy worked better that night. Lemont, great fight. You are a stand up guy and I have a lot of respect for you.
