I know that for International/Low Kick Rules in the IKF that shin pads are not allowed. But are you allowed to wear footpads in IR in the IKF?

I know some organizations allow footpads to be worn during IR competitions.

I believe shin pads are not allowed in IKF pro IR, they're optional in single bout amateur IR, and mandatory in IKF IR amateur tournaments.

I looked at the IKF equipment web page and IR rule page and didn't see footpads mentioned at all for IR bouts. I do know WAKO requires foot protection for low kick.
