Kickboxing & Muay Thai can cover a wide range of rules. In addition, many rules and requirements vary by county, province, state and/or country. Requirements for each state, country, etc., will be determined during sanctioning contract negotiations and matchmaking.

• Example of Rule Modifications That Can Be Requested Can Include:
  • Knee Strikes
  • Clinching
  • Elbow Strikes
  • Age Gaps
  • Round and bout lengths may be modified for each event.

All modifications to any IKF Rules must be submitted and approved by the IKF a MINIMUM of 15 days prior to the event.
