ENTRY AREA Since the club is a Private and secluded facility, storefront
is not our main concern. Our entry is almost hidden to those unknown to the
club. However, once in, one will see a hidden oasis of a top class martial arts,
kickboxing and boxing facility of over 10,000 sq feet in size along with the
World Headquarters of the IKF &
ISCF.
A full glass counter features martial art & kickboxing supplies in our mini
pro shop.

VISITORS LOBBY AREA The first part of the Lobby is the Visitors Lounge Area. A
large 13' x 8' waterfall mural is the backdrop of this 20' x 20' waiting area
with couches and TV. Our entire lobby area is
over 800 square feet in size. From the lobby, one can view the kickboxing and
boxing classes through the viewing window on one end or watch the karate classes
through the large class viewing window (6' x 20') on the other end. In
addition there are Both men & women's locker rooms with lockers, showers,
bathroom and changing areas. |

MAIN
FLOOR
The equipment featured on the main floor is enough for several schools.
Combat weaponry is a part of the training so 20 sets of Nunchakus, Tonfas and Bo
Staffs are hanging on the walls ready for use when class begins. Along with the
hanging heavy bags are kick bags, focus mitts, punch pads, blockers and even a
rope for tug-a-war to build up the forearm muscles. It has 50 feet of mirrors in
the 55' x 25', 1,375 square feet of matt space. The entire main workout sub
floor was designed by our floor specialist, Jeff Boberg of Boberg Floors
of Sacramento CA, USA. It features 2 layers of shock resistant padding with a
custom 2" wrestling mat covering the top for extra safety. An Olympic
regulation balance beam sits along the wall ready for use for balance drills. A
mega stereo system featuring AM/FM stereo, separate tape and CD players helps to
get the adrenaline pumping for dynamic workouts or to ease the mind during focus
classes.
